We’re committed to delivering results with integrity and care. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following policies before your visit.
📋 Consultations & Booking

All new clients are required to schedule a consultation before receiving services. This allows us to assess your goals and design the best treatment plan for you.

Consultations and sessions can be booked online through our scheduling platform.

Returning clients should confirm that their intake forms and disclosures are up to date before each visit.
⏰ Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled, at staff discretion.

Respecting appointment times ensures a smooth experience for all.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling will result in a $50 cancellation fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.

We do not offer grace periods for rescheduling on the day of service.
💳 Upgrade Fees & Payment Terms

Salt Bed upgrade: $29 | Steam Sauna upgrade: $59

Upgrades must be paid in full 48 hours before your appointment.

Unpaid invoices may lead to the removal of the add-on or appointment cancellation with applicable fees.

📸 Photos, Videos & Scans

By participating in treatments at Contour Club, you agree that any photos, videos, or body scans taken as part of your treatment plan, progress tracking, or marketing documentation are the property of Contour Club in perpetuity.

These materials may be used for internal documentation or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.
🚫 Refund Policy
All services, packages, memberships, and promotional offers at Contour Club are non-refundable — no exceptions.
We appreciate your commitment to investing in your wellness journey, and our policies are designed to protect both the integrity of our work and the time reserved specifically for you.
This policy applies to:

Single-session services (including body contouring, sauna, salt therapy, etc.)

Prepaid packages and multi-session plans

Memberships and unlimited use plans

Promotional offers, discounted rates, and flash sales

Deposits for events, consultations, and special bookings

Missed appointments or services rendered
Once a service is purchased or a package is started, we are unable to issue any refund, regardless of usage or perceived outcome. This includes dissatisfaction with results, personal scheduling conflicts, or changes in circumstances.
Why we don’t offer refunds:

Our services are time- and product-sensitive and cannot be "returned."

Results depend on multiple factors including consistency, lifestyle, and personal health. We provide expert guidance, but results are not guaranteed to be immediate or uniform.

Sauna & Salt Bed:

Will I have to change the way I eat?
Yes, it is important to pay attention to your food choices. However, we are not licensed nutritionists. It is always best to find someone who specializes in this area.
Will it hurt?
Absolutely not! Beauty and pain are not the same! I do not invest in anything that hurts!
How long will it take before I see the results?
It usually takes 6 rounds of each treatment before you see the body change. However, you feel instant results! You sleep better at night, you have more energy during the day and soft firm skin.
Do you offer Financing?
Yes. We offer Cherry, Sweet Pay, Care Credit. We accept HSA/FSA, Apple pay
Availability varies among clients. Some clients visit 2-3 times a week for one-hour appointments, while others can only come for treatments on the weekends, which are scheduled for two and a half hours each.
How often do I have to come in for treatment?
