Client Responsibilities & Policies

Welcome to Contour Club — where professionalism meets transformation.

We’re committed to delivering results with integrity and care. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following policies before your visit.

📋 Consultations & Booking

  • All new clients are required to schedule a consultation before receiving services. This allows us to assess your goals and design the best treatment plan for you.

  • Consultations and sessions can be booked online through our scheduling platform.

  • Returning clients should confirm that their intake forms and disclosures are up to date before each visit.

 

⏰ Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled, at staff discretion.

  • Respecting appointment times ensures a smooth experience for all.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling will result in a $50 cancellation fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.

  • We do not offer grace periods for rescheduling on the day of service.

💳 Upgrade Fees & Payment Terms

  • Salt Bed upgrade: $29 | Steam Sauna upgrade: $59

  • Upgrades must be paid in full 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Unpaid invoices may lead to the removal of the add-on or appointment cancellation with applicable fees.

  • Payment can be made via text link, phone call, or email invoice.

📸 Photos, Videos & Scans

  • By participating in treatments at Contour Club, you agree that any photos, videos, or body scans taken as part of your treatment plan, progress tracking, or marketing documentation are the property of Contour Club in perpetuity.

  • These materials may be used for internal documentation or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.

🚫 Refund Policy

All services, packages, memberships, and promotional offers at Contour Club are non-refundable — no exceptions.

We appreciate your commitment to investing in your wellness journey, and our policies are designed to protect both the integrity of our work and the time reserved specifically for you.

This policy applies to:

  • Single-session services (including body contouring, sauna, salt therapy, etc.)

  • Prepaid packages and multi-session plans

  • Memberships and unlimited use plans

  • Promotional offers, discounted rates, and flash sales

  • Deposits for events, consultations, and special bookings

  • Missed appointments or services rendered

Once a service is purchased or a package is started, we are unable to issue any refund, regardless of usage or perceived outcome. This includes dissatisfaction with results, personal scheduling conflicts, or changes in circumstances.

 

Why we don’t offer refunds:

  • Our services are time- and product-sensitive and cannot be "returned."

  • Results depend on multiple factors including consistency, lifestyle, and personal health. We provide expert guidance, but results are not guaranteed to be immediate or uniform.

  • Appointment slots are held exclusively for you, and missed sessions often cannot be rebooked last-minute.

What we do offer instead:

We are deeply invested in your success and experience. If you’re ever unsatisfied, please communicate directly with our staff so we can:

  • Evaluate your treatment plan

  • Make recommendations or adjustments

  • Offer a service credit in limited, case-by-case situations where appropriate

Body Contouring Clients:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Hydrate well before and after your session.

  • Avoid alcohol or heavy meals beforehand.

 

Sauna & Salt Bed:

  • Come hydrated and makeup-free.

  • Bring water to stay replenished.

  • Dress comfortably and be ready to detox.

 

Consultation Clients:

  • Bring your goals, your concerns, and your questions — we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Body Contouring Treatments: Non-invasive fat reduction, skin tightening, and muscle stimulation.

  • Lemon Bottle Fat-Dissolving Injections: Targeted treatments for stubborn fat areas.

  • Microneedling: Improves skin texture, tone, and reduces the appearance of scars and stretch marks.

  • Salt Room Therapy: Halotherapy for respiratory health and relaxation.

  • Sound Bowl Sessions: Vibrational healing for stress relief and energy balance.

  • Styku 3D Body Scanning: Comprehensive body composition analysis and progress tracking.

  • Red Light Therapy: Boosts cellular repair and promotes skin rejuvenation.

  • Sauna Sessions: Infrared therapy for detoxification and relaxation.

  • Full-Body Compression Therapy: Enhances circulation and reduces swelling.

  • Conscious Stretch: Assisted stretching with auto-suggestions for deeper relaxation and energy release.

 General Policies

2.1. All clients must complete and sign this waiver prior to receiving any services.


2.2. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during the consultation to ensure safe and effective treatments.


2.3. Treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions and should not replace professional medical advice.


2.4. Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.


3.2. Clients are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling fees.


3.3. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees

  • No-Call, No-Shows: Two no-call, no-show incidents will result in placement on a waiting list. Clients on the waiting list must seek approval before scheduling future appointments.

4. Refund and Payment Policy

4.1. No Refunds Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions, dissatisfaction with results, or changes in personal circumstances.


4.2. Packages, memberships, and services are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.


4.3. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or as outlined in your membership agreement.

5. Assumption of Risk

5.1. I acknowledge that body contouring and wellness treatments involve the use of specialized devices and techniques that may carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to, skin irritation, redness, soreness, or other minor side effects.


5.2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these treatments and understand that results may vary.


To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatments, please provide detailed information about your medical history. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Chronic illnesses or conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, hypertension).

  • Recent surgeries, injuries, or medical procedures.

  • Current medications, including over-the-counter and supplements.

  • Allergies (e.g., to medications, topical products, or materials).

  • Skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, or active infections).

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status.


Important: Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in complications. By signing this form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Release of Liability

6.1. I release Contour Club, its owners, employees, and independent contractors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of its facilities, equipment, or services.


6.2. I agree not to hold Contour Club responsible for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from treatments.


Pre- and Post-Treatment Care Guidelines

Following these guidelines is crucial to achieve optimal results and minimize risks:

Before Treatment:

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your session.

  • Refrain from using exfoliants, retinoids, or other harsh skincare products for 48 hours prior.

  • Hydrate by drinking at least 1 liter of water daily.

After Treatment:

  • Follow specific aftercare instructions provided by your technician.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, or hot tubs for 48 hours post-treatment.

  • Continue to hydrate and consider lymphatic drainage massages to support detoxification.

Failure to follow these guidelines may affect your results or increase the risk of adverse reactions.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1. Contour Club is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information and treatment details will remain confidential and will not be shared without your written consent.

a.)Communication

  • Open Dialogue: Share any concerns, questions, or medical updates with your technician to ensure the safest and most effective treatment.

  • Honesty: Be transparent about your health history, medications, and lifestyle to help us tailor treatments to your needs.

  1. Photo and Social Media Release

Photo Release: I authorize Contour Club to take photographs or videos during my treatment sessions. These images may be used for:

  • Documentation of my treatment progress.

  • Internal training purposes.


Social Media Release: I grant Contour Club permission to use my photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Social media posts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).

  • Website galleries.

  • Educational or advertising materials.


X I consent to the use of my images/videos with my identity concealed (e.g., cropped images or blurred faces).

[X ] I do not consent to the use of my images/videos for promotional purposes.


Important: You may revoke your consent at any time by providing written notice. However, any materials already published cannot be retracted.

 Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this policy and waiver. I understand that my participation in any treatment is voluntary, and I accept full responsibility for my decisions.

Will I have to change the way I eat?

Yes, it is important to pay attention to your food choices. However, we are not licensed nutritionists. It is always best to find someone who specializes in this area.

Will it hurt?

Absolutely not! Beauty and pain are not the same! I do not invest in anything that hurts!

How long will it take before I see the results?

It usually takes 6 rounds of each treatment before you see the body change. However, you feel instant results! You sleep better at night, you have more energy during the day and soft firm skin. 

Do you offer Financing?

Yes. We offer Cherry, Sweet Pay, Care Credit. We accept HSA/FSA, Apple pay

Availability varies among clients. Some clients visit 2-3 times a week for one-hour appointments, while others can only come for treatments on the weekends, which are scheduled for two and a half hours each.

How often do I have to come in for treatment?

Results can last forever based on your food choices and exercise routine.
